We ended up taking an extra day in Seattle to re-pack all of
our earthly belongings and figure out how to pack them tight in our new home.... that's right, we are now live in a VW Bus. Jon
did some essential repairs like screwing the passenger side mirror on better
so it did not hang down, and found a way to route the cigarette lighter so it
was no longer on the floor. I tied the cute curtains
back so we had better visibility and we were ready to start our adventure!
There was a tearful good-bye in Seattle and a cute picture taken with Mama and Papa Hoof in front of the bus with us. Unfortunately I am new at blogging and suck at remembering to take pictures to post… so I don’t have one, but if Mama Hoof figures out how to put it on Facebook, I’ll add it to the Blog.

Last order of business in Seattle was to stop at the
Northgate mall and buy a sweet Seattle skyline decal for the back window. Not only does it look cool, but it is a
little reminder every time we look in the rear-view mirror of where we came from.
